Lion Goodman, P.C.C., has 40 years experience as a seasoned executive coach and businessman. In 1984, he founded The Goodman Group, an executive search and consulting firm that served more than 250 companies and C-suite executives during its 20-year history. Clients included Computer Science Corporation, American Express, McKesson, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.  He has consulted to small business owners, technology start-ups, consulting partners, and senior managers around the world.

Lion is the co-creator of Luminary Leadership's evolutionary leadership training program, and is also the creator of Clear Your Beliefs, a proprietary methodology for shifting beliefs at the core of the psyche, which he has taught to hundreds of coaches and therapists internationally. He has been active in the men's movement for more than 30 years, and he served as Director of Men's Programs for The Shift Network, an educational organization, where he created programs with more than 20,000 participants.

Lion has taught workshops and trainings across the U.S. and Europe. He is the author of three books: Creating on Purpose: The Spiritual Technology of Manifesting; Menlightenment: A Book for Awakening Men; and Clear Your Beliefs.

Lion and Carista offer their services individually, and as a healing team. They work with clients internationally through Zoom, Skype, by phone, and in person.

Carista Luminare, Ph.D., has more than 35 years experience as a consultant, counselor and coach to executives, entrepreneurs, organizations, and partners.  She has worked with CEOs and executives from Apple, Google, Charles Schwab, Chevron, Nokia, Wells Fargo Bank, Campbell's Soup Co., YPO/WPO, Franklin Templeton, GAP, Hollywood executives and University officers. Carista is certified in the Gottman Method and Stan Tatkin's PACT Institute. 

Her powerful, life-changing programs bring participants into direct experience and embodiment of their True Self. Carista has developed a comprehensive holistic parenting methodology, a financial program redefining security and wealth from the inside out, and LLI's leading-edge evolutionary leadership program.

After graduating from Harvard University in Psychology and Social Relations in 1978, she pioneered educational programs focused on the integration of the personality and soul. Carista's private practice focuses on unique, intelligent and capable overachievers who desire to transform obsolete paradigms and manifest their authentic purpose. She has lectured throughout the United States at conferences, hospitals, and universities, and has been featured in a variety of international media.
